GFW is led by Executive Director, Jason Finder, who founded the food social enterprise incubator at The Doe Fund that became Good Food Works. His past work in the community also includes serving on Bushwick Food Cooperative’s Board of Directors for six years, three of them as President.
Samantha Lone
EXECUTIVE CHEF
GFW’s kitchen is led by Executive Chef, Samantha Lone, whose prior experience includes managing Eleven Madison Park’s Eleven Madison Truck program, which utilized a mobile distribution model similar to Salad Days’ to bring nutritious meals to food-insecure neighborhoods in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens.
